Better than a cream? My facial gym

These small exercises and massages done every day will give you a real youthful look.

 


Regular practice of facial gymnastics and self-massage of the face restores tone to the skin and peps to the muscles supporting the face .It does not matter if we do it in the morning or in the evening, the key is to choose a time and a place where you are quiet . Then you have to find a comfortable position, sitting or standing (straight back, shoulders low, head straight) or even lying down, just to feel as relaxed as possible.
Before the massage, apply a moisturizer to soften the tissues or a product designed specifically for the area to be treated (anti-pouch gel, serum firmness, etc.).Finally, breathe-exhale deeply five times. Are you there? Let's go !


The look
To smooth the crow's feet and tone up the relaxed eyelids (lower and upper). Close your eyes, relaxed eyelids, and then look towards the root of the nose, in other words, shake! Hold five seconds. Then slowly open your eyes and fix a specific point in front of you. To do five times.

To erase dark circles and puffiness. Place the ringlets obliquely under the lower eyelids, at the tip of the cheekbones, then gently pull down while trying to close your eyes tightly.

To clear the lion's wrinkle
. Place the middle and ring fingers in the middle of the eyebrows while stretching slightly towards the temples, then try to close your eyes sharply. Hold five seconds. To do five times. Between exercises, you can relax the eye by tapping the fingertips all around the orbit.

The mouth
To plump up the lips. With the mouth closed, pinch your lips between the index (top) and the thumb (bottom). And make symmetrical mini-pinches from the center of the lips to the commissure. Come back in the middle and start again for two minutes.

To attenuate the nasolabial folds . Make small sharp but gentle tweezers, between thumb and forefinger, all along the nasolabial folds, starting from the bottom and going up to the nostrils for two minutes.

To tone the zygomatic. Starting from the commissure of the lips, go back towards the hollow of the cheek then towards the external contour of the cheekbones by making small hunted with the edge of the thumb. Repeat this path several times (two minutes minimum) and finish by making a point of pressure, on each side of the face, at the top of the ear, hands on the head. Close your eyes and relax while breathing deeply.

To erase the double chin. Pronounce the letter X by exaggerating the pronunciation and stretching as far as possible the corners of the lips until you feel all the muscles and tendons of your neck stretch. Hold five seconds. To do five times. Between each X, relax your mouth by making several small soft "o".

To redraw the oval. Place the thumbs under the chin, then open the mouth by pushing the lower jaw down while maintaining strong resistance with the thumbs. Hold five seconds. To do five times.

To raise the cheekbones. Press the hands flat on either side of the face, pronouncing an "i" by squeezing the teeth and stretching the corners of the mouth as much as possible. Then pull the skin towards the ears. Hold five seconds. To do five times.
