Efficient diet: how does it work?

Tips and tricks between girlfriends, miracle products or promises of marabouts priced solid gold: when we talk about losing weight, we really do not know who to trust. Keeping the distance is sometimes difficult and it's not about playing yoyo with the scales. For efficiency to go, here are some simple rules.



Rule n° 1: Set the right goals
Let it be said, losing 15 kg in one or two months is not reasonable. This kind of excess is the assured yoyo effect. We must set ourselves realistic goals and limit ourselves to a loss of one kilo per week. During a diet, we learn to eat and we weigh only once a week. Patience is the mother of virtue ! To motivate yourself, opt for the couple diet: two is easier.


Rule n° 2: Drink a lot 
Water is the best ally of rebalance. It moisturizes, helps eliminate and cuts hunger without adding calories. It is the only drink that must be found in abundance in a diet. A well-known tip is to always have a bottle of water with you. In case of craving, a sip of water replaces the candy or the package of cookies so tempting by taking up space in the stomach.


Rule n° 3: regain the taste for good things.
Forget the industrial prepared dishes laden with salt and sugars that distort our relationship to food. Finding the flavor of food is essential. You can have fun eating fruits during the snack break, enjoy a coffee without sugar or enjoy vegetables without mayonnaise. A diet is above all a rebalancing food.


Rule n°4: eat vegetables ... and starchy foods 
Eating a lot of vegetables is not always easy when you're angry with them. Yet, they are often enjoyed mixed with starchy foods. A good plate of rice, pasta or potatoes, with a variety of vegetables, is healthy and delicious! Never forget that starchy foods can keep you going all day avoiding cravings.


Rule n°5: move!
This is the moment to pamper your body: it must be spent and draws your silhouette harmoniously. Of course, we quote everywhere these famous three weekly sessions of forty minutes of physical exercise. There are also the daily movements that must be preserved: climbing the stairs rather than taking the elevator, walk leaving the car in the parking lot. 
Good activity can synthesize muscle fibers. The muscle may be a little heavier than fat, but it consumes calories even at rest. And then, moving is good morale: good mood is the first step towards thinness!
